Responsibilities
Assist in solving quality‑related problems independently with minimal guidance across multiple functions and stakeholders
Coordinate with the Quality Manager to set annual quality objectives and provide annual reviews for applicable stakeholders
Support quality efforts in manufacturing, job run data analysis, and tool build assembly through employee relationship‑building
Coordinate with functional managers to create, document, and train employees on quality management system procedures and processes
Provide input to data analysis and quality control processes, procedures, and training activities related to quality performance
Use statistics, problem‑solving methods, and quality tools to support root cause investigations for tool run failures, sensor coverage loss, and inspection anomalies
Assist Quality Assurance Engineering with risk assessment FMEAs, Control Plans, Audit Plans, quality systems training presentations, and related procedures
Report quality performance metrics and integrate functional quality outputs into quality dashboards for organizational reporting
Coordinate quality stand‑up meetings with stakeholders to disposition non‑conformities affecting product or service output
Monitor or audit processes to ensure standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions are followed as specified
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar, applicable quality role
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams
Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal guidance
Understanding of manufacturing processes and tool build assembly
Experience supporting root cause investigations using statistics and quality problem‑solving methodologies
Familiarity with quality management systems, audit planning, and compliance monitoring
Experience contributing to risk assessments such as FMEAs and supporting Control Plans
Ability to coordinate quality meetings and support non‑conformity disposition workflows
Experience developing, updating, or training on quality procedures and instructions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Pay Range $40.00 - $48.00 hourly
Location This position is based in office and requires employee to work on‑site.
