The Global Operations Data & Analytics Specialist is the central data integration point that links regional teams to a unified global reporting architecture. This role enables executive decision‑making by consolidating inventory and operational performance data across 30+ manufacturing plants and 5 regions into actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities
Own the data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Global Operations Scorecard across all metric categories:
Safety: TRR, Corrective Action Closure, Monthly Training Quality: Customer Claims, First Pass Yield (FPY) Delivery: OTIF‑R, PDSL, RDSL Inventory: DIO, Cycle Count Accuracy Cost: Hourly Rate, Productivity, Efficiency Supplier: Supplier PDSL, Supplier RDSL Sustainability: Energy Use, Water Use, Tons of Waste People: Salary Turnover, Time to Fill, OOE
Ensure KPIs are calculated per standardized global formulas, reported monthly (or quarterly where specified), and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion. Drive data governance standards including master data management, data dictionary maintenance, and regional data quality audits. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards (Power BI) providing insights into operational performance against 2025–2027 targets. Collaborate with Offering Management, Sales Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Procurement to compile reporting that supports key global decisions. Perform data analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in global operations. Evaluate existing business processes and recommend data‑driven enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Own the construction, maintenance, and governance of global operations data files and reporting infrastructure. Coordinate with IT on data integration across multiple ERP systems (Oracle) to drive integrated business planning. Support AI/ML pilot initiatives to enhance data accuracy, scenario modeling, and predictive analytics. Guide daily operations decision‑makers by providing real‑time, accurate information sourced from operational databases. Create an environment of continuous improvement with emphasis on personal ownership and data quality culture. Accountabilities
All reports from Global Operational Governance teams meet standards for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of design to drive meaningful decisions. Monthly scorecard published within 10 business days of period close. 100% of global KPIs calculated per standardized formulas with documented data lineage. Effective preparation and support of Global Operations Governance Leader in running meetings and executive reviews. Regional data collection processes harmonized to global standards across all 5 regions. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field. Minimum 5 years' experience building data management, analytics, and reporting solutions — preferably in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategic Sourcing. SQL proficiency (intermediate to advanced) for sourcing and transforming data from enterprise databases. Microsoft Power BI expertise — building dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations. Working knowledge of Oracle ERP (order processing, inventory management, material planning modules). Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into executive‑ready insights. Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and cross‑culturally across a global matrixed organization. Self‑directed with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines independently. Familiarity with AI analytics. Experience with Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration. Experience in organizations with $5B+ revenue and 30+ manufacturing sites. Work Authorization
