Qualifications
A four-year degree and at least four years at a competitive creative agency.
Tech-savvy
with a strong understanding of relevant technical terminology; experience in B2B environments preferred.
Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00/Annually.
