Overview Senior Wireless Sales Expert responsible for building relationships with guests, guiding decisions, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Represent a people-first culture by creating a welcoming store environment and delivering exceptional service.
Build relationships with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions and driving sales performance.
Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, maintaining or exceeding individual performance goals and staying current on promotions and product knowledge.
Serve as a senior team member providing opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring store security and organization.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, with emphasis on consultative customer service (wireless sales experience preferred).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience operating POS systems with strong transaction accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
Pre-employment requirements Background check and drug screen required.
Work Schedule Modified full-time, 30–39 hours per week (average 35). Full-time.
Location 1027 W Central Entrance, Duluth, MN.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly wage $21.00–$22.00 + uncapped commission.
Minimum salary $42,000; maximum $47,250 (annualized).
Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus pay.
