Job Description Position Description:
Prepares, reviews and books customer orders / revisions to orders.
Reviews customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Client's sales or project management organization.
Initiates sales orders / purchase orders to vendors according to customers' requirements.
Interfaces with factory and product / marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes.
May determine discount rates applied at time of sale.
May resolve issues related to transaction quality.
Guides the customer sales support process related to factory tours, product demonstrations or presentations, new product trainings, trade shows, field sales support and pricing.
Impacts
Needs professional technological know how, methods, tools and principles, and applies to differing and variable situations.
Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.

Experience
2+ years or Master Entry.
Knowledge: Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including the basic theoretical background.
Develops basic business understanding.
Contributes to team effort, awareness of expected value add.
May improve processes, business methods or technical components.
