Job Description We are seeking an experienced, talented and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The role will help achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by managing our inbound lead workflow, supporting enterprise account executives through outbound cold calls and emails, researching accounts and key prospects, generating interest, understanding customer needs and routing qualified opportunities for further development and closure.
Qualifications The ideal candidate is a hunter who has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, loves the challenges of outbound prospecting and closing in a fast‑growing, competitive market, and brings a can‑do approach to winning both in the market and internally at Sigma.
Track record of over‑achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Hubspot.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
