Quarter 2 – Leadership & Mentorship
Lead your own team.
Mentor new hires via ride‑along and coaching.
Run team huddles and sales meetings.
Drive team culture and results.
Key Performance Indicators: $500K+ team net sales/month, $4K+ NSLI, VP approval.
Requirements
3+ years of proven sales experience (automotive, solar, real estate, remodeling, etc.).
$2M+ per year revenue history and/or high closing rate percentage.
High-ticket sales background.
Strong closer, leader mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
OTE: $100,000–$300,000+.
Weekly commissions and bonuses.

Monthly leadership workshops.
Incentive trips, recognition, and promotions.
Schedule Full-time; weekends required; some travel for mentorship.
