We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Sales Admin to join our team effective immediately! The Sales Admin supports the sales and operations department by managing field return process, ensuring compliance with CA Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations, and tracking performance related to finished product loss. What you'll do: Monitor, process, and reconcile all field returns, including Out-of-Code product, Sales Order Errors, and Deliveries in Error, across the entire sales staff in compliance with ABC law.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives on proper product pickup and exchange procedures in accordance with ABC regulations.
Conduct regular training and education sessions for sales staff to reinforce compliant field return and exchange practices.
Analyze, report on, and track progress and performance metrics related to finished product loss (FPL).
Identify trends in field return data and communicate findings to Sales Leadership to support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all field return activity for audit and compliance purposes.
Support Sales Leadership with miscellaneous projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications Prior experience in the beverage industry, with a strong understanding of sales and distribution, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered for highly qualified candidates.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High sense of urgency for time-sensitive tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong adaptation to change.
