Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary:
$23.00 per hour / $46,345 annually + 10% Bilingual Differential
Performance Incentives:
Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.
Sign‑on Bonus:
$1,500 for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).

Paid Time Off:
Accrue immediately, plus 13 paid holidays annually (8 fixed, 5 floating).
401(k):
Up to 6% match, vested immediately.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
Stay informed about GEICO products and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 1 month of customer‑facing sales experience (3+ years preferred).
Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
