What You'll Do
Support Network Operations: Assist in maintaining and monitoring Palo Alto, Cisco, and Meraki-based network components to ensure performance, security, and availability.
Participate in Projects: Contribute to network-related projects under the guidance of senior engineers, helping with configuration, testing, and documentation.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to support hardware and software solutions that improve the network.
Contribute to Cybersecurity: Support the implementation of cybersecurity protocols and policies under the direction of the IT Cybersecurity Committee.
Troubleshoot & Escalate: Help diagnose network issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff to ensure timely resolution.
Learn & Grow: Stay current on network trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to build your technical skill set.
What You'll Bring
Foundational Knowledge: Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies, including Cisco equipment, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and basic cloud infrastructure.
Eagerness to Learn: A passion for network engineering and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Team Player Attitude: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Requirements
Education & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 0–2 years of experience in IT support or networking.
Certifications: Cisco CCNA or similar entry-level certification preferred or in progress.
Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours for maintenance or support needs.
