A Sales Executive in our Commercial team responsible for driving enterprise‑level growth by building relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle across three product families. What You'll Do
Drive Enterprise Growth: Lead new business sales across Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability, targeting large, complex enterprises. Generate and Scale Pipeline: Proactively build and expand a self‑generated pipeline using market mapping, outreach, and an enterprise network. Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, partner with subject matter experts to deliver value‑driven solutions, cross‑sell, and exceed revenue targets. Engage, Expand, and Elevate Relationships: Initiate high‑impact conversations with C‑level executives, aligning solutions with strategic goals to create long‑term partnerships. Master Consultative Selling: Work with industry experts to craft proposals, manage trials, and position 3E as a trusted advisor. What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales with a strong quota performance; regulatory compliance, EHS, or supply chain solutions required. Proven success closing six‑figure deals using consultative selling and self‑generating pipeline. Hunter mindset with a history of identifying, pursuing, and winning new logo opportunities. Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar. Strong negotiation and communication skills to build productive relationships internally and externally. Experience using AI tools in a professional setting. What is in it for you?
