What will you do? Are you a highly motivated SCADA hardware/software specialist with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex industrial problems? If so, we want you to join our team as a Technical Sales Consultant focused on SCADAPack Smart RTUs.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for working with customers to help them create solutions using the SCADAPack hardware/software package and other Schneider solutions. You will collaborate closely with other TSCs, internal and external sales staff, offer management, and R&D to develop, build, troubleshoot, and enhance solutions for customers. The primary markets you will focus on will be the upstream and midstream energy sectors, as well as water and wastewater, among others.
Travel The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is essential for this position. You will be required to travel frequently across the United States and Canada to meet with customers and provide technical knowledge, expertise, and training.
Who will you report to? Frank DeMayo – Regional Sales Leader.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or Technologist Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a similar discipline.
PLC/RTU integration experience is preferred.
Self‑starter ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired qualifications
Experience with cloud-based infrastructures and data management in IIoT, automation systems such as SCADA hardware and software, RTUs, and PLCs, and automation protocols such as MQTT, Sparkplug B, OPC UA, Modbus, DNP3, and EthernetIP.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and/or OT Security, including Active Directory and Azure AD.
Good understanding of Linux systems and Python applications.

Compensation For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
