Job Description Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
Minimum of three (3) years of IT business analysis or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of proven business analysis or project management, using PMI or IIBA methodologies and tools. Preference will be given to PMP or IIBA certified candidates.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware custom applications, quality management and ERP manufacturing systems.
Business analysis or project management in a manufacturing facility. Medical device manufacturing a plus.
Knowledge of software development in an FDA regulated facility.
Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially C#.
Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Tools.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with documenting requirements, and developing and executing testing plans to meet requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem solving, and project planning skills are a must.
Self‑motivated individual who communicates and influences with credibility and confidence; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
