Maintain sales systems and ensure data integrity.
Prepare reports and analysis for the Sales team.
Provide support to the Director of Sales and Sales team.
Manage confidential payroll, hotel, and colleague information; uphold SOX compliance and safeguard private information.
Wage Information:
The hourly rate for this position is $27.50.

Qualifications
True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Basic hospitality industry knowledge.
Ability to work independently and confidently.
At least one year of sales/catering experience is a plus.
Ability to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information.
Strengths include knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word programs.
