Receives instruction on project objectives, advanced features, and possible solutions.
Obtains assistance on unusual problems and has work reviewed.
Performs engineering support tasks such as gathering data, updating and maintaining computer files, preparing copies of drawings, and documenting design changes.
May be required to work in all types of terrain and weather conditions and on project sites in various stages of construction.

You bring to the team: Associate degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of hands-on experience using Civil 3D and AutoCAD in a civil/engineering design environment.
Adept in verbal and written communication.
Solid interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge in applicable technologies.
General understanding of how the firm operates as a consulting business and how this role contributes to the success of the organization.
Valid driver's license and a good driving history.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Represents Olsson in a professional manner at all times.
