We are looking for someone who is a true leader/facilitator. Need someone who can create a culture where everyones voice is heard. There are a lot of personalities and not everyone will speak up so someone who wants to hear feedback from everyone, not just the loudest voice in the room. Participating in objective-based planning is big also and making sure team focuses on those objectives and can bring together various interdependent teams. They should also be able to deal with subjective and objective data and marry the two for sound decision-making and to help the team focus on the right things, remove impediments, etc.
