Product Manager

Location: Bentonville (AR)

We are looking for a Product Manager Replenishment to drive the evolution of our supply chain replenishment processes for International Markets (CA, MX, CL, CAM) by leveraging data, advanced analytics, and customer-centric decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain operations, data science, and engineering teams to define and optimize replenishment solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product availability.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand replenishment challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for replenishment solutions, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and feasibility.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics, forecasting models, and demand planning insights to shape the replenishment product strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirement Gathering
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, merchandising, operations, and finance.
• Partner closely with data science, engineering, and analytics teams to define requirements for predictive replenishment models and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities through continuous engagement and communication.
• Data-Driven Insights & Performance Optimization
• Work with data teams to define key replenishment KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, stock-out rates, forecast accuracy) and develop dashboards to track performance.
• Analyze replenishment performance trends and collaborate with data scientists to improve demand forecasting and inventory optimization algorithms.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions using AI/ML models, historical data analysis, and industry best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing and validation of new replenishment strategies before full-scale implementation.
• Execution & Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and execute backlog items, ensuring smooth development and deployment of replenishment solutions.
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate feedback loops to refine product features.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from users and leveraging market trends to refine replenishment strategies.

Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, product management, or analytics, preferably in flow optimization vs purchase order management (replenishment). Strong understanding of supply chain replenishment concepts, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and fulfillment strategies. Experience working with data science and analytics teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other analytics tools to analyze replenishment trends and performance. Familiarity with forecasting models, machine learning applications, and automation in supply chain replenishment. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with engineering teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively. Experience with Agile product management methodologies, Jira, and roadmap planning tools is a plus.
