Key Responsibilities
Accountable for total project scope, budget, completion within budget constraints & schedules completion date under direct & matrix control.
Manage projects according to milestones & within budget constraints.
Keep IT managers aware of user issues & resolves conflicts.
Evaluate & recommend new software, new solutions, utilities, & tools.
Build strong relationships with peers & cross-functionally & partners outside of team to enable higher performance.
Qualifications Education & Experience Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field & 4 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role in each of the following:
performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools;
conducting systems testing & IT Implementation;
performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment;
implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives;
working with cross-functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities.
Alternatively may have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field & 2 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role in each of the following:
performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools;
conducting systems testing & IT Implementation;
performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment;
implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives;
working with cross-functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities.
Experience may be gained concurrently. AbbVie will accept applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Salary Salary Range: $133,182.00 - $157,500.00 per year.
