Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses
Paid Weekly
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial semi‑tractors & trailers on‑site.
Perform mobile road calls and in‑yard service, completing detailed work orders.
Inspect, service, and repair trailer bodies, systems, and components.
Conduct preventative maintenance on semi‑trailers.
Repair and replace hubs, axles, brakes, tires, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Perform welding/fabrication and other structural repairs.
Ensure all equipment meets DOT safety and compliance requirements.
Document repairs, inspections, and findings for management and billing.
Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to client needs.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of proven tractor‑trailer repair experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
Basic computer skills for repair order submission.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation.
Additional Qualifications
Welding experience/certification.
Technical school degree or training.
Class A CDL.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call.
Overtime Pay: Time and a half + $100 bonus for afterhours work.
Pay Bonuses: Up to $700 extra bi‑weekly with efficiency bonuses.
