Compensation:
Sales Manager $1000 - $5000+ per week
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
generate and qualify leads
prepare sales action plans and strategies
develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
plan and conduct direct marketing activities
make sales calls to new and existing clients
negotiate with clients
prepare and present sales contracts
respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
follow up on sales activity
manage and train your sales team
Qualifications Education and Experience
knowledge of principles and practices of sales
experience in sales
experience in making presentations
proven ability to achieve sales targets
prior outside sales experience is highly desired
prior experience in security sales is highly desired
planning and strategizing
verbal and written communication
resilience and tenacity
stress tolerance
