Strategic, B2B sales leader with familiarity with selling and managing a team to execute high-value, high-cost solutions based on proven, return on investment metrics.
Experience in solution-based selling to businesses in the warehouse, retail, and manufacturing space.
Familiar with forecast metrics, funnel accuracy, conversion rates and creating a regular cadence with team members to highlight key metrics to drive success.
Position will be split into two regional Sr Directors, one for the East and one for the Western regions in North America.

Responsible for supporting, testing, and managing assigned or requested deliverables that are subsets of customer‑facing projects.
Supports multiple projects at one time from kick‑off through delivery and works at the client site on a day‑to‑day or periodic basis.

Hourly Non‑Exempt: $25.00-$28.00
Dedicated to the ROC (Robot Operations Center), supporting and monitoring the health and productivity of all robots deployed in the field.
Acts as an escalation point for the Support Technicians who are onsite at customer locations and for customers interacting with our systems directly, serving as a second layer of support during all hours of fulfillment operations.
Tier 3 Application Support Engineer Location: Hybrid / HQ Westlake Village, CA
Salary Exempt: $95K-$130K
Has the ultimate understanding of how the inVia AI‑driven warehouse fulfillment optimization software works with autonomous robots, building highly customized workflows.
Helps operationalize new features and functions for Tier 1 Support staff in the ROC.
Acts as a point of contact for Tier 2 Application Support Engineers to resolve more complicated issues beyond their scope.
Software Tester Location: Hybrid / HQ Westlake Village, CA
Hourly Non‑Exempt: $18.00-$23.00
Responsible for designing test scenarios for software usability.
Runs tests and prepares reports on effectiveness and defects for the production team.
Robot Deployment Operations Manager Location: Remote / HQ Westlake Village, CA
Salary Exempt: $90K-$120K
Directly in charge of executing the implementation and deployment of InVia’s robotic services into new and existing customer facilities.
Main point of contact for deployment technicians and engineers, providing leadership to execute large‑scale/global infrastructure deployments into customer fulfillment centers.
Technical Trainer Location: Remote / HQ Westlake Village, CA
Hourly Non‑Exempt: $25-$30/hr
Travel: Yes 20-30%
Trains new products and services to customers, working with warehouse staff and management to properly train site personnel for upcoming implementations and at existing sites.
Serves as the first‑level support for on‑site go‑lives and post go‑live support.
Solution Development Engineer Location: Hybrid / HQ Westlake Village, CA
Salary Exempt: $85K-$120K
Ambitious self‑starter collaborating and driving process optimization in Sales Engineering efforts.
Builds customer engagement strategies aligning the inVia Robotics solution to customers’ order profile, facility layout, and fulfillment needs.
Engages with Enterprise Sales Reps to provide cash‑flow benefit analysis and proposed workflows aligning with customer goals and inVia product features.
