Job Description As Quality Assurance Specialist we help automotive and powersport businesses connect with their customers through extensive training and support. Over the past 30 years, we have worked with over 8,000 dealerships, strengthening their phone skills to ultimately help with generating more sales and creating a better overall experience for their clients.
