Are you ready to make a significant impact on how one of the world's largest analytics organizations sees and interacts with its data? If you are passionate about building intelligent, AI-native data products that turn complex data into clear, trustworthy answers, we would love for you to apply! The Apple Services Data Science & Analytics organization drives decisions that improve the customer experience, accelerate growth, and uncover new business opportunities while respecting user privacy and adhering to regulatory policy. We work on some of the largest e-commerce and media streaming businesses in the world and have an incredible team collaborating on the best ways to improve these services for our customers! Our culture is built on rapid iteration, open debate, and independent thinking — we take calculated risks and work as analytical advisors across product, design, engineering, marketing, editorial, legal, and business teams.
Description As a Product Manager on the Data Applications team, you will own products that turn Apple Services data into answers our stakeholders can trust. You will set product direction, partner closely with design and engineering, and be accountable for the quality, reliability, and business impact of what reaches product, business, and executive partners across the organization. These products are increasingly AI-native. You will shape how people get answers, where intelligent, context‑aware experiences understand intent and do more of the work, and where a well‑built report or a simpler path serves people better. You will translate complex, often time‑sensitive needs from across the organization into products that are clear, reliable, and genuinely useful, without requiring people to be data experts to benefit from them.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional leaders across product, design, engineering, and business teams, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems and keeping the work tied to real outcomes.
Over time, you will help shape how the Services Data Science & Analytics organization thinks about the intersection of data, design, and AI, defining where our products go as our AI capabilities mature and as more of the analytics experience becomes intelligent and self‑service.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, including shipping data, analytics, or platform products
Track record of owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and delivering alongside design and engineering
Strong user‑centered design instincts, turning research and feedback into clear requirements and intuitive experiences
Experience translating complex stakeholder needs into well‑executed products, including for senior and executive audiences
Comfortable with data analysis and using it to make decisions
Solid grasp of the technical concepts behind data products across frontend, backend, and data, enough to partner deeply with engineering
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building analytics, business intelligence, or visualization products in a data‑intensive enterprise environment
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience shaping AI‑native product experiences (conversational, agentic, and intelligent assistance are examples, not the whole picture)
Experience with self‑service analytics tooling used by non‑technical stakeholders
Understanding of data privacy, governance, and regulatory considerations in analytics
Experience in subscription, commerce, or media and app platform data ecosystems
MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
