What will you be doing?

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of rare disease marketplace, therapeutic landscape, and product (including mechanism of action,indication, efficacy, safety, etc.), to deliver clear,conciseandaccuratecommunication of PRC-approved content to target audiences.

  • Understand and apply knowledge ofhealthcareindustry, trends, applicable laws and regulations, and market conditions. Analyze these factors in the development of business plans and in daily execution of interactions within compliance guidelines.

  • Build andmaintainstrong professional relationships with physicians/HCPs, office staff, and others in the patient care continuum.

  • Demonstrate ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs from all stakeholders in accounts, using the insights to help offices identifyappropriate patients.

  • Demonstrate strong account management skills (e.g. account planning, field resource coordination, customer education, promotion, reporting).

  • Demonstrate effectiveness in working independently and in team environments. Foster team collaboration toward accomplishment of shared goals by providing knowledge, experience, and information. Communicate effectively with a cross-functional team on progress and best practices.

  • Verify and complete required CRM data entry including details of thetarget’sresponses,notesand any follow-through actionsin accordance withpolicies and procedures set by the client.

  • Conduct in-service meetings with HCPs to educate oncompany’sproduct and disease state, including the provision of meals to HCPs and accurately capture all HCP meal informationin accordance withcompany policies and training.

  • Organize,facilitateand manage speaker programs, obtain required approvals for sponsorships and exhibit booths, and attend conferencesin accordance withcompany policies and training.

  • Manage daily sales call activities tooptimizetime and maximize the achievement ofsales objectives.

  • Comply withall pertinent company policies and training.

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of Pharma sales experiencerequired

  • Documented history of success

  • Specialty Sales experience highly preferred

  • Rare disease experience preferred

  • Team-based selling or collaborative selling

  • Ability to travel overnight ifrequired

The base pay range for this position is $77K – $143K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will bedeterminedby factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
