What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate nightly shipping operations to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment

• Supervise and support team members, providing direction, coaching, and real-time problem resolution

• Monitor loading activities, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with plant, dispatch, and logistics teams to optimize workflow and meet customer needs

• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, and inventory control practices to include rail operations.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and solve operational challenges under pressure

• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and shifts

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in daily operations

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
