As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll help lead front-end operations, support team members, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience while ensuring operational excellence throughout the store.

- Lead and support front-end store operations, including self-checkout and sales floor productivity
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries
- Ensure operational excellence in cash handling and front-end procedures
- Monitor and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Train, mentor, and motivate front-end team members to achieve performance goals
- Promote store loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
- Collaborate with store leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Support daily store operations and perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous customer service, retail, front-end, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cash handling, customer service operations, and productivity management
- Friendly, engaging, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed)
- Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment
- Frequent interaction with customers, team members, and store leadership
- Combination of standing, walking, and computer-based work throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
