Empower Physical Therapy seeks a Clinical Director to lead outpatient clinic operations across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will oversee clinical quality, productivity, and compliance while mentoring therapists and fostering a collaborative, patient-first culture. Responsibilities include managing clinic performance, supporting evidence-based treatment, coordinating schedules, guiding documentation standards, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction. You’ll partner with leadership on growth initiatives and staff development, offering hands-on mentorship and cultivating a positive, team-driven environment that elevates care across our network of clinics.
