Guidepost Staffing is recruiting for a Temporary Sales Administration Coordinator to support a growing sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Sales, providing administrative support within Salesforce by maintaining contracts, customer records, reporting, and data accuracy.
Pay & Schedule
$20.00 per hour
15–20 hours per week
Preferred schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM (flexible)
What You'll Do
Enter and update contracts in Salesforce
Maintain account, contact, and opportunity records
Perform data quality audits and verify information
Upload documents and maintain electronic records
Generate reports and track contract renewals
Monitor pending signatures and follow up as needed
Escalate exceptions or discrepancies to management
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
