Job Summary:
Ryan Fireprotection is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Service Sales team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Account Managers and Sales Manager, helping them deliver smooth, professional experience for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the fire protection industry.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare service agreements and proposals for Account Manager review, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Manage the renewal process for existing service agreements, tracking expiration dates and coordinating timely outreach to customers. Support client communications, including follow-ups, scheduling coordination, and status updates. Assist with tracking proposal pipelines and service renewal timelines. Collaborate with the Service team to ensure proposals and documentation align with company standards. Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience with CRM or service management software is a plus Requirements:
Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. The ability to drive to job sites / work locations may be a requirement of this position. A motor vehicle record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
