Responsibilities
Supports client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow‑up, including package shipping and returns/exchanges.
Assists with alterations, order placement, and order follow‑up requests, ensuring relevant paperwork, digital tracking, and orders are thoroughly completed.
Provides in‑store client service, hospitality, and personalized curated experiences in partnership with store leadership.
Supports the Executive Sales Professional in ringing client transactions, both in sales and returns.
Facilitates product needs from other stores to support in‑store appointments or consignments for the assigned Executive Sales Professional.
Re‑engages lapsed and beyond‑lapsed clients with the Executive Sales Professional and the brand.
Supports product pulls, fitting‑room setup and recovery, floor presentation standards, and seamless selling‑floor operations, embodying a “one team focused on the customer” mindset.
Establishes processes and best practices for organizing client engagement and follow‑up for the Executive Sales Professional around key product arrivals, selling and brand events, promotional periods, marketing activations, and important client lifestyle events and milestones.
Actively participates in brand and product knowledge training, selling and service training, and client engagement coaching to bolster productivity and results for the Executive Sales Professional.
Ensures all client information is captured in the concierge app.
Handles sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and adheres to company policies and ethical standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
Qualifications
Past retail selling experience preferred.
Interest in and appreciation for luxury and best‑in‑class service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive thinker who takes initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately utilizing a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines.
Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
Salary range: $17 - $22 hourly.
