47 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, technical writing, or digital marketing content.
Strong understanding of Retail, eCommerce, Digital Transformation, and Technology domains.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience writing blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, and website content.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business and non-technical audiences.
Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
Experience working with content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience writing content related to Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Integration, Customer Experience, and Retail Technology solutions.
Familiarity with LinkedIn content creation, email marketing campaigns, and social media content strategies.
Experience supporting B2B technology consulting or professional services organizations.
A portfolio showcasing technology, retail, or digital transformation-related content is highly desirable.
