Serve as a trusted sleep authority and provide technical and product knowledge to customers. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Maintain strong customer relationships during and after purchase. Drive individual sales performance & KPIs while demonstrating company values. Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds. Qualifications

Competitive pay range of $59,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. * Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
