They are seeking a hands‑on Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of sophisticated electronic systems that support highly complex technical platforms.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative engineering organization where you will influence hardware strategy, work across multiple disciplines, and contribute directly to products pushing the boundaries of modern technology.
What You'll Do
Lead the architecture and design of complex electronic systems, including multiple custom PCB assemblies supporting a variety of functions.
Define system level hardware requirements, including processor and FPGA selection, power architecture, clocking strategies, analog circuitry, and high‑speed data conversion.
Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams to gather requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop scalable technical solutions.
Design schematics and oversee PCB layout for custom mixed‑signal hardware.
Create technical specifications, design documentation, and engineering review processes.
Participate in board bring‑up, validation, debugging, and performance testing.
Collaborate closely with firmware, software, and systems engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive design‑for‑manufacturability initiatives and work directly with contract manufacturers and component suppliers.
Mentor and guide other hardware engineers while helping establish engineering best practices.
