Job Responsibilities
Conduct recruiting‑specific quality assurance reviews to assess process performance.
Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to recruiters and management across the organization.
Identify and manage corrective actions related to identified errors.
Perform data entry and data research activities.
Execute and provide recommendations for process improvements and/or operating procedures.
Create and refine documented procedures and user guides in accordance with established policies.
Generate and distribute updates and reports, as needed.
Own resolution on questions and requests from management and key stakeholders.
Maintain a suite of training materials, process documents, and help files.
Proactively improve and maintain interaction model with partner teams by managing and facilitating key support program initiatives.
Identify broad quality issues and communicate them to business customers.
Complete additional projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of process management or operations experience.
At least 2 years of experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
1 year of experience supporting talent acquisition.
1 year of experience using data to perform trend analysis.
2 years of experience in quality assurance.
2 years of risk management experience.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
Richmond, VA: $56,800 – $64,800 for Principal HR Coordinator
Applicants hired in other locations will receive the pay range associated with that location, and the actual salary offered will be reflected in the offer letter.
