Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience working in cloud computing or enterprise cloud environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing complex programs with cross‑functional teams. Experience driving continuous process improvement, workflow automation, or building and adopting AI‑assisted tooling to eliminate manual tasks. Proven experience in GTM (Go‑To‑Market) operations, product marketing, sales enablement, or developing structured solution assets and a Bill of Materials (BOM). Demonstrated passion, deep curiosity, or experience working with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or cloud‑native developer ecosystems. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of aligning perspectives and delivering structured status reports and roadmap risks to executive leadership. About the role
A program manager at Google leads complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish—working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company. Projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring coordination of stakeholders and ensuring they remain up to date on progress and deadlines. The AI GTM Program Manager drives high‑impact launches and maintains sales to ensure timely delivery to the field, navigating a changing environment, coordinating PODs during critical launch windows, and aligning with executive leadership on roadmap risks and technical community engagement. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sales play project plans to drive the team to key dates across development projects. Manage high‑velocity launch workstreams for AI products, models, and developer tools. Drive the creation of the bill of materials, ensuring high‑quality assets for field enablement and executive roadmap reviews. Coordinate with practice teams, both global and regional, for status updates, new sales plays, or maintenance. Drive creation and adoption of AI‑assisted tooling to automate manual workflows and lead continuous process improvement for solution lifecycle management. Compensation
