If you are a Database Administrator looking to take ownership of database design, performance, and reporting we welcome you to apply to our position! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, optimizing systems, and turning complex data into actionable insights that drive the business forward. FT, Direct-Hire Onsite in CT $100-125K SQL, SQL Queries, SQL Database Management, ETL Processes, SSIS, SSRS, DBMS, Power BI What You’ll Do
Design, manage, and optimize relational databases for reliability and performance. Develop and maintain ETL processes (SSIS or similar) for data integration and reporting. Create and refine SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support analytics and business decisions. Ensure database security, integrity, and backup/recovery readiness. Partner with business and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective data solutions. What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Proficiency with ETL tools and data modeling concepts. Knowledge of performance tuning, backup/recovery, and database security best practices. Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have
Experience with financial systems or BI/reporting tools (e.g., CRM, Power BI). Familiarity with Microsoft Office and enterprise software environments.
