The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer‑focused approach. The role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions, and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long‑term value. Responsibilities
Sell additional services and general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses. Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood‑destroying organisms, insects or other pests, and make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts. Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities. Prepare appropriate job specifications and treatment instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy. Operate and maintain a company vehicle, keeping vehicle and equipment clean and in working order, adhering to the company Vehicle Policy. Qualifications and Requirements
6+ months of related experience or training in sales. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces such as basements, attics, crawl space and other tight spaces. Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided). High school diploma or GED. Benefits
Hourly base pay of $18.00 plus commission; most team members earn between $60,000 and $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Weekly pay – paid every Friday. Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting. Requires clear vision for close and distant tasks, adjustable focus. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
