Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an assigned territory with an existing book of business Identify and close new business opportunities within hospitals, labs, and research facilities Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and excellent service Deliver product presentations, quotes, and support throughout the sales cycle Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline activity Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales experience Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to manage existing accounts Proven ability to manage a multi-state territory Experience selling into healthcare, lab, or institutional markets is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $75,000 Uncapped commission with first-year OTE up to $125,000 Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more Travel within territory required (~30-40%)
