Territory & Account Management Manage and grow a multi-state territory across MN, IA, ND, and SD Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial end-users Develop and execute strategic account plans Sales Execution Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demos Identify and close new business opportunities Manage quotes, pipeline, and follow-up activity Technical Sales Support customers with product selection, application solutions, and cross-referencing Work with components such as gearboxes, motors, chain, couplings, brakes, and related systems Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape Entrepreneurial Ownership Operate with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset Manage your territory like your own business Maintain disciplined prospecting and pipeline activity What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of experience in industrial, power transmission, or technical sales Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial systems Proven ability to grow a territory and build relationships Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or related preferred) Willingness to travel regionally Preferred Experience Background working with OEMs, distributors, or MRO accounts Experience in power transmission, motion control, or mechanical components Familiarity with CRM systems Existing relationships in the Upper Midwest industrial market About the Opportunity
