WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
  • Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication guests can trust
  • Build accurate estimates, set realistic timelines, and follow through on every commitment
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule
  • Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality pickup and delivery experience across all three GM brands
  • Maintain accurate records in the DMS and follow all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership
  • GM brand experience (Buick, GMC, or Cadillac) strongly preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred
  • Track record of strong CSI/NPS scores and repeat guest relationships
  • Clear, calm communicator who builds trust with guests and keeps technicians and managers aligned
  • Ability to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or guest experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does
