WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
- Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication guests can trust
- Build accurate estimates, set realistic timelines, and follow through on every commitment
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule
- Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality pickup and delivery experience across all three GM brands
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS and follow all documentation and compliance standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership
- GM brand experience (Buick, GMC, or Cadillac) strongly preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred
- Track record of strong CSI/NPS scores and repeat guest relationships
- Clear, calm communicator who builds trust with guests and keeps technicians and managers aligned
- Ability to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or guest experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does
