About the RoleWe're hiring a highly organized and client-focused Marketing Account Manager to manage relationships, oversee marketing execution, and ensure seamless communication across multiple high-level client accounts. This is not a pure strategy role. We're looking for someone who can:
- Own client communication
- Coordinate marketing execution

You'll work closely with leadership while managing:
- Email marketing campaigns
- Website updates
- SEO coordination
- Reporting and analytics
- Client workflows and communication

Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Manage communication across: Email, Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom/video calls
- Lead recurring client meetings and status updates
- Ensure clients remain: Informed, Supported, Aligned on priorities
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, similar platforms
- Write and edit: Email copy, Subject lines, Campaign messaging
- Manage: Audience segmentation, Campaign scheduling, Performance tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to clients
- Update and manage website content using WordPress, CMS platforms
- Ensure websites remain: Updated, Accurate, Aligned with marketing initiatives
- Coordinate content changes and landing page updates
- Conduct SEO research and audits using Ahrefs, Semrush
- Support: Keyword research, On-page SEO improvements, Performance tracking
- Monitor rankings and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Email analytics, SEO tools
- Translate data into: Client-friendly reports, Actionable insights, Performance summaries
- Track campaign progress and KPI performance
- Coordinate tasks across: Marketing, Design, Content, Leadership
- Convert client feedback into: Action items, Timelines, Deliverables
- Ensure projects remain: Organized, On schedule, Clearly communicated
- Use tools such as: ChatGPT, Claude, AI writing/research tools
- Improve efficiency across: Content creation, Communication, Reporting, Research workflows
- 3+ years of experience in: Marketing account management, Client-facing marketing roles, Agency account management
- Strong experience with: Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs / Semrush, Google Analytics (GA4)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- HubSpot or Klaviyo experience
- Canva or Adobe Express skills
- Familiarity with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid media reporting
- Experience working with executive-level clients
- Agency or fast-paced marketing environment experience
- Respond to client requests and provide updates
- Prepare for and host client meetings
- Launch and monitor email marketing campaigns
- Update website content in WordPress
- Review SEO performance and keyword opportunities
- Prepare analytics reports and client summaries
- Coordinate deliverables across internal teams
