• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of quality or compliance experience, with experience in the paints and coatings industry preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
• Experience conducting internal and external audits and implementing corrective/preventive actions
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement/Kaizen processes
• Ability to wear a respirator and all required PPE (including being clean-shaven)

• Support and advance the quality assurance program, focusing on defect prevention
• Oversee compliance and adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop quality assurance team members
• Conduct and manage internal and external quality audits
• Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
