Outside Sales position

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Louisville, Shelbyville, and Southern Indiana areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations to showcase our cleaning services and solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Door to door cold calling on targeted businesses from supplied lead lists.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
