Senior Project Manager - Regulatory

Working directly with the IT Portfolio Lead, the Senior Project Manager will manage multiple regulatory projects in the IT portfolio. The person will build solid relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive the execution of the regulatory roadmap. The Senior Project Manager will leverage their deep asset management and regulatory knowledge to deliver complete business solutions that align with the strategic vision and corporate goals of the company.

Principal responsibilities include:

• Provide strong project management skills to organize key stakeholders, identify work streams, build project plans and maintain transparency into the work
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues in a timely manner; escalate as appropriate
• Facilitate working group session and steering committee meetings
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the company globally
• Create and monitor project and general maintenance financials on going
• Further the business goals of the company through the direct management and execution of best-in-class projects/solutions for the companys leveraging agile practices
• Identify technology delivery best practices and incorporate within the portfolio project teams
• Create effective communications for senior leaders on portfolio progress

Job requirements include:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent required. Masters degree or equivalent preferred.
• Eight or more (8+) years of related project management experience within the asset management regulatory industry.
• Practical experience leading projects through all phases of delivery
• Deep understanding of the investment management processes including regulatory processes preferred
• Financial skills to manage project's operating and capital budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills. Experience designing and delivering presentations to senior management.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of Project Management, maintaining a solid understanding of the field and its related technologies.
• 2+ years agile experience as a Scrum Master (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Scrum Master or Product Owner Certifications preferred
• Performs additional duties as required.
