Role Overview The Network Engineer I supports the design, documentation, and maintenance of network infrastructure while providing hands‑on troubleshooting for connectivity and performance issues. Responsibilities include: Managing assigned projects and researching system upgrades to ensure hardware and policies remain compliant with organizational standards. Performing scheduled maintenance and rotating on‑call support to guarantee 24/7 hospital reliability. Education/Experience: 4‑year college degree or 2 years of related experience. Required skills and knowledge: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and client‑facing communication skills. Strong personal and time management skills; self‑starter who is highly motivated for continuous improvement. Outstanding customer service skills and ability to identify opportunities and credibly present ideas to management. Ability to turn concepts into technical solutions that solve problems. Labor hours: 80.00 hours bi‑weekly.
