Outside Sales Representative – Ground Protection. This role focuses on developing and maximizing Ground Protection market share in all sectors within the assigned territory or region. The Representative will lead sales efforts, manage and lead the local Profit Center, and ensure safe, efficient and superior customer experiences through application of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio within a high‑demand market. Develop skills to grow a career as part of a sales or operational management track. Work with an exceptional team that goes the extra step to make it happen for the customer. Education & Experience
4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3‑4 years of related sales experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. 21 years of age or older. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Solid computer skills. Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $62,965.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Benefits
