Job Description We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer service while actively driving sales growth. You will engage with clients across various industries, develop new business opportunities, and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties
Engage with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate leads and expand our customer base
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify new markets and opportunities in B2B sales environments
Manage key accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling products or services, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
Demonstrated ability in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, and territory management strategies
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, product demos, upselling strategies, and analysis skills for assessing market trends
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
