Position Summary Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. These cap experts are committed to fostering a passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of our loyal customers and occasional buyers alike. The team provides each customer with an exceptional Lids experience, maintains meticulous product presentations, and serves as a subject matter expert in our products and services.
Responsibilities
Generate revenue by achieving revenue growth through customer service and meeting or exceeding company goals in all individual statistics.
Engage in store maintenance according to visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
Control expenses by protecting company assets, managing store inventory (processing shipments, resetting merchandise, accurate product counts), and adhering to all LIDS Retail policies and procedures.
Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, operate hands overhead, stand, walk, hear, observe, and operate a computer and mobile Point-of-Sale system.

Other Information The hourly range for this position represents base pay only. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, scheduled hours, and experience.
