Graphic Designer Responsibilities
Creating/replicating designs for t-shirts and other apparel
Drawing/Illustration skills a plus
Performing color separations, and outputting films for production.
Updating the work-order database
Working with a large format printer (Roland)
Ideal Graphic Designer Candidate Qualities
Working with customers provided artwork to adapt/modify the artwork for optimal screen‑printing results.
Experience working with graphic design software (Illustrator, Corel)
A very detail‑oriented approach as the position involves dealing with the complexity of customer work-orders and demands a high level of accuracy when separating and outputting artwork.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Exceptional decision making and problem‑solving abilities. The starting hourly pay rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s prior work experience and demonstrated aptitude.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask
