Marjan Stone, a trusted stone fabrication and countertop company serving San Diego County, Orange County, and South Los Angeles, is hiring a Countertop & Construction Sales Representative based in Spring Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated outside sales professional with experience in construction, countertops, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or related trades who wants to grow contractor, builder, designer, and commercial accounts while earning uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do
Develop and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet shops, kitchen & bath designers, property managers, and commercial account decision-makers.
Follow up and close company-provided warm and hot leads for residential and commercial countertop and stone projects.
Generate new business through field prospecting, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Manage the sales process from initial estimate to job handoff, coordinating with fabrication and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.
Present product options, materials, and value propositions for stone countertops, quartz, and other surfacing solutions to clients and trade partners.
Who You Are
Experienced in outside sales within construction, remodeling, stone fabrication, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, or tile industries.
Comfortable working both in the field and remotely, with a proactive, relationship-driven approach to business development.
Skilled at closing residential and commercial projects, with an ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles.
Familiar with commercial project scopes and values—commercial jobs commonly range from $100,000–$500,000+, offering significant commission potential.
Existing industry relationships with contractors, builders, designers, or property managers are a strong plus.
Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a draw/base up to $5,000 per month depending on experience, an uncapped commission structure (5%–12%), and consistent lead flow from both residential and commercial channels. Top performers routinely earn well into six figures annually, thanks to sizable commercial projects and steady residential work.
